Shipping Policy

Delivery

Postage and packaging costs may vary depending on your country of delivery. We will always seek to fulfill your order from a local distribution center. However, for some specialized items, this may not be possible. We operate a transparent shipping policy and the total shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.

We work with a variety of established international shipping partners. Most of our shipping partners allow order tracking so that you can track the status of your delivery and even make special delivery requests directly from the shipping provider.

Delivery times

Delivery of items takes 5-10 days, depending on the type of goods, and the country it is to be shipped from or shipped to. Please note that you may experience a longer delivery owing to the ongoing pandemic as shipping, logistics and mobility have been highly impacted by the pandemic. Rest assured, you will be provided with an expected delivery date for the product.

In case you have ordered items from one or more sellers, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others.

Returns

Refund is processed either in store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Item should be in original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take measure to preserve its original condition.

Returns Address

Please contact our support team to confirm the best return address, which will depend on your country and the item(s) that you are returning.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gmsproy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at gmsproy@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will be responsible for a 100% refund of the product price; however, any shipping costs or additional expenses incurred during the return of the product will not be covered.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
